3 things you should know before you try coding.

Many people just jump into coding by picking up the trendiest programming language, buy courses for the same and start binge watching video courses like it’s Stranger Things. But just like upside down in stranger things, you will get some ups and down while coursing through your learning.

So here’s a few things you should know before you try coding:

1.Don’t just read, practice:

Many people while starting a new language likes to read syntax, their application and it’s a good thing! Specially if you are reading documentation but you must practice, even if it’s a two-line code. Practice helps you to understand a concept more easily and remember it too.

2. Set up goals

Whatever you are trying to achieve, it’s important to set up goal, setting up goals inspires and motivates you to keep learning more and more. The goals should also be S.M.A.R.T i.e, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Specific. Every week create a goal that you need to go through a concept.

3. Learn basics about programming:

Before you start actually learning concepts of a language, learn all about basics of data and programming like types of programming, architecture of the computer. It will help you to find what language is the best for you and how you apply in real world.
