STEM education and why it's important?

STEM education challenges conventional teaching methods and education. STEM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Now we are surrounded by things that work on concepts of math and technology which led to the increase of job roles in the field of STEM like biotechnology, programming and more. STEM is aimed at children aged from 6 to 18 years old, and a grade-specific curriculum is developed with depth in each area of learning.
